ALLEGRA CALDWELL
Founder & Music
Supervisor

It began for Allegra like so many of us - making short films at school. It was here that she realised that the right song, at the right moment, could convey more emotion than words and visuals combined. So while filmmaking may have fallen by the wayside, that realisation was the start of her career in Sync.

Allegra’s experience has taken her from music supervising (Love Child and Wonderland amongst others) at InSync Music, to the synch team at Kobalt Music Group, and to BMG Australia & New Zealand where she was Co-Head of Sync for 4 years. Her most recent role was as Senior Director of Creative Sync at BMG Los Angeles.

Allegra has worked with and represented thousands of artists and catalogues including AC/DC, Tim Minchin, Nirvana, Neil Finn, Tool, Blondie, Fatboy Slim, Jet, Julia Stone, Dope Lemon, Winston Surfshirt, Client Liaison, CHAII and many more.

Her personal highlights include, placing several songs in her guilty pleasure show, The Bold Type, helping to create a children’s book with Peking Duk, negotiating exclusive partnership deals between BMG and FremantleMedia, and securing hundreds of placements for artists close to her heart in local and international projects such as Google, Coca-Cola, Under Armour, the NRL and the AFL.

Founding GOODFIND is the culmination of her many years’ experience in both recording and publishing, giving her an extensive understanding of complex licensing circumstances, catalogues as well as a vast international network.

She prides herself on bringing the perfect balance of creativity, business prowess and professionalism to every project.

Allegra has recently completed working on Swift Street for SBS, Dance Life for Prime, NCIS Sydney for Paramount+, and is currently working on the mystery drama series The Survivors for Tony Ayres Productions/Netflix. For full list of projects, head to the Work page.

Allegra is represented by inSync Music for Film and TV.

RICK SNOWDEN
Composer

It started with a cheap guitar plugged directly into a hand-me-down laptop, and went on to spawn a lifelong obsession with capturing and manipulating sound.

Over the years, Rick Snowden has touched just about every facet of audio, from performing in bands, running live sound, mixing and mastering albums and producing his own – start to finish.

Composition remains his strong point, with a balanced and expansive palette thanks to a fascination with the analog techniques of yesteryear along with modern production equipment and aesthetics.

Comfortable with a broad spectrum of genres, his mixing and mastering experience gives him an advantage in versatility and turning around quality work under a tight deadline.
